Returns Policy

We are confident at Little Cloudy Dream that you will be happy with your purchase.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes or faults to the garment made by the customer. We are unable to offer exchange on sale items. 

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind for any reason, the item does not suit you or it is the wrong size we will gladly accept a refund of any full priced item for a store credit in the form of a gift card subject to the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe. 
  2. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 
  3. Please contact us at littlecloudydream@gmail.com before returning the item.
  4. We are unable to offer exchange on sale items.
  5. Once we receive your return in our warehouse and process your return/exchange order, we will issue you with a store credit (in the form of a gift card) to the email address on your order.
  6. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. 

    FAULTY ITEM

    Little Cloudy Dream take extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality. If for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we will happily replace it for you.

    HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

    Please download the Returns Form HERE fill out accordingly and post back with your return.

    Sometimes it can take a while for parcels to be returned to us, so please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return. Once received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to swap a size over, we will organise this and dispatch your new size as soon as possible.

    Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Little Cloudy Dream cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! 

    Little Cloudy Dream does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
